TimeTec TA Spotted A Fresher Look This New Year |
The new release of TimeTec TA comes with a crisp and clean look, a design that not only provides aesthetic change but also focuses on positive user experience with features of library, notification, message and language have been relocated to the bottom right hand side; the terms of use and privacy policy have been made subtle on the bottom left hand corner, the more uplifting color has been chosen and the details of account been made visible at the top right corner of the page. If you move the cursor near the TimeTec TA logo, you can actually replace our logo with yours easily but make sure that’s the logo that your company approves. |
Fax Number Has Been Made Optional |
Let’s face it, most kids these days do not know what fax machine means. People have been using other methods such as email, Skype, Dropbox to transfer documents. Therefore, in the Company Profile page, Fax Number which was a mandatory field has been made optional. There is no requirement to fill up that field again in TimeTec TA. |
View Mobile Clock-in Location In Audit List |
TimeTec TA promotes honesty. You have to be where you say you are. With the new update, the management can view the location of users that are using mobile clock-in in the Audit List. Open the Audit List, click on the location of the clocking to view the map of the location where the clock-in was made. Please apply caution when you mobile clocking to avoid cheating the company. |
‘Manage User’ Module Updates |
To enhance user experience of TimeTec TA, we have made these changes in the Manage User page: |
1. The “Select all users” check box has been removed to avoid wrong selection which could affect all users at once. |
2. The footer has been edited from “Page 1 of 2 (xx items)" to "Page 1 of 2 (xx users)". |
3. All action buttons in this page have been re-organized into one drop-down menu, labeled as “Manage” button. To perform operation such as change issuance date and delete users, you just need to tick the user ID, click the Manage button, and select your desired operation. |
‘Manage Admin’ Module Update |
For administrator view of TimeTec TA, the Manage Admin page’s table footer has been updated from "Page 1 of 2 (xx items)" to "Page 1 of 2 (xx users)" |
Language Updates |
We have updated the TimeTec TA’s Spanish, Indonesian, Malay, Traditional & Simplified Chinese, Thai, Arabic, Vietnamese, German, Portuguese, Hindi, Japanese and Turkish versions. |
Other Updates |
The “Login User Count” display has been removed from Manage User module. |
The “System Count” display has been removed from System Settings module. |
Header photo enhancement - Set default value for “Header Drop from Top” to 7px. |
Rename the “Show all clocking times” option in the Attendance module. |

TimeTec Mobile Attendance’s Push Notification is Now Available |
If you have been using our TimeTec Mobile app and you have configured your notification for Attendance, now you can receive push-notifications from TimeTec TA to indicate if any of your employee comes in late or leaves early. |
