This month, TimeTec TA is upgraded with a series of exciting additional features and enhancements to bring the best user experience to you. From time to time, we ensure that the improvisation of the system is on a constant mode so that the user may enjoy the cloud solution at its absolute quality in both purveying friendly features and pleasant user experience (UX).
  SQL Payroll Integration, for Malaysian market
If you have not defined the Organization Structure, each time you login to TimeTec TA, the Organization Structure Wizard pop-up menu will be displayed on-screen, as a set up reminder. This wizard will guide you through the migration process to the organization structure.
  Staff Contacts in User View
In System Setting, there is a new option added, which is the “Allow to View Staff Contacts”. This option is designed either to allow users to view all the contacts in the organization or restrict them to only view the staff contacts within his/her own organization structure.
Once you allow the settings accordingly, you will see the staff contact appearing on the Profile Tab in the User View.
To view the staff contact, you may click on the user name, and a pop-up window will display the simplified user profile, with a feature to send an e-mail or short message through TimeTec TA.
  Roster View for Normal Users
Now, normal users that have access to TimeTec TA will be able to view his/her own work roster. A new tab can be found at the home page, with “Roster” remark. You can proceed to click on the Roster tab, to view the roster for the current year, a year before, and a year after the current year.
  More Supported Machine Language
TimeTec TA has the following new machine languages added:
   a. Bengali
   b. Bulgarian
   c. Dutch
   d. Korean
   e. Kurdish
  Other Updates
1. Renamed ‘Organization Structure Wizard’ to ‘Organization Structure Rollback Wizard’ once the migration process is completed.
2. Update of font colour in the Migration module.
3. Enhancement of the tooltip in Clocking schedule module, from “Copy” to “Copy the above”, when you add or edit the schedule.
