At the ‘Assign Users to Device’ page, Admin can assign users to different clocking devices to enable them to view or report their attendance using the selected devices. Over here, we recently tweaked the flow for the disabling of Web & Mobile Access. When Admin chooses to turn off web & mobile access for any existing user, the user’s password will be automatically removed from the system. After this, if access is granted again, a random password will be generated by the system (if Admin skips manual entry). At the same time, an activation email will be sent to the user requiring them to change the password. a. Device > Assign Users to Device > Edit > Disable Web & Mobile Access • User's password will be removed when turning off web access. • Removed dots indicator for users without password.

b. Device > Assign Users to Device > Edit > Enable Web & Mobile Access Random password will be generated when a user's web access is turned on without manual password insertion.

c. Welcome Email User with random password generated will receive a Welcome email.

Next, we are introducing a new report called the ‘Labour Forecast Report’. This report will provide the estimation of expected employees' expenses for the selected date range. It details the wages based on the individuals' work rate, work/OT hours for all day types. You will also find this added to the Report Scheduler function. The Attendance Summary Report details out the work rate, tardiness, total work time, OT and short for workdays/restdays and off days for each employee.
