The first update we have is on a newly introduced Analysis chart: Tardiness Analysis. Thus, we now offer up to three different Analysis charts (Work Rate Analysis, Attendance Analysis and Tardiness Analysis) to help you monitor and manage staff attendance. Admins can access these by going to Attendance > Analysis in the menu.
Tardiness Analysis will provide detailed daily information of the 4 tardiness categories (Late In, Early Out, Extended Break and No Clocking) within the selected duration (max. of 7 days). You can also filter the chart by Organization Structure. Additionally, the User listing at the bottom will display Tardiness information for the applicable users such as the date and number of minutes involved. |

The next enhancement is the management of System Roles. If you wish to provide Admins with the rights to edit certain fields for staff attendance data (such as Clock-in time and Clock-out time), but prohibit them from amending the rest, you can now define this precisely at the module rights settings.
Go to User > Manage System Roles & Admin > System Role > Add/Edit > Module Rights. For the Edit Attendance right, there is now a dropdown list which itemizes the specific type of data that can be edited. |
a. Edit System Role – Added Dropdown Menu for Edit Attendance Field Added dropdown to limit some of the Admin from editing all fields in the Attendance Sheet. |
b. Edit Attendance Data (Selected Field Allowed for Editing) Only permitted fields can be edited in the Attendance Sheet based on the System Role setting. The restricted fields are blocked (greyed out). |
In the system, Admins may set a requirement for GPS clocking with a Geofence restriction. This indicates that the employees will be allowed to clock their attendance through GPS only if they are present within a permitted area. However, if they were to clock in at other locations, they can also submit an Out of Area Clocking Request, which is then subjected to their supervisor’s approval. During the clocking, the users can snap a picture and attach to the submission.
For these Out of Area Clocking Requests, we have recently included a link to the Clocking picture in the request details. Please refer to the images below: |
a. Out of Area Request Details - Added Picture Icon for Users to View the Clocking Picture |
