To provide a more insightful view of users’ attendance, we recently updated the clocking information displayed on the Admin dashboard. The previous 'No Clocking' category is now split into 2 new categories: ‘Shift Hasn't Started’ and ‘Absent’. The listing will also display each user’s ‘Schedule Start Time’ so that the management can easily monitor actual absences for the day. a. Split ‘No Clocking’ Category into ‘Absent’ & ‘Shift Hasn't Started’ Categories for Today's Date |
b. Both New Categories will show ‘Schedule Start Time’ column |
In TimeTec TA, the ‘Export Attendance to Payroll’ feature shows a list of payroll options available according to country. By selecting this, you can export attendance data directly into an output file that has been customised to match the payroll requirements. This month, we’ve updated the Infinipay Payroll export option, as shown in the images below. a. Export Data in xls File Format |
b. Added New Data Fields Shift No, Schedule Category, Terminal ID (In), Terminal ID (Out), Approved OT, Diff OT Hour, Holiday Approved OT. |
The Monthly Staff Duty Roster Report displays the monthly working calendar checklist of a particular work group. Following a customer’s request, in October, we made the updates listed below: a. Added ‘Working Shifts’ Table to Display Schedule Code and Schedule Name |
b. Added ‘Monthly Staff Duty Roster Report’ to the Report Scheduler |
The next enhancement is for Overtime, Edit Attendance, Out of Area Clocking and Outstation approvals. The Approval feature in the system enables Admins to set up certain rules for managing these few types of approval requests. Assigned employees can then apply through the system, and the system will submit their request to their manager/Admin for approval. In the latest release, we have added the display of the last update time for each request to help Admins track the progress of approvals and identify any delays in response. a. Approval Listing (Admin View) - Include Last Update Time |
Depending on the clocking schedule settings used, there can be instances where the attendance sheet captures both Overtime and Short hours on the same day for some employees. Users that clocked in late could have chosen to compensate for the short hour by working beyond the scheduled ‘Out’ time. Hence, to offset the values and determine whether there is actual Overtime, we have newly added the option to show ‘Overtime minus Short’ column on the Attendance Sheet. Please refer to the screenshots below for more details: |

The Data Audit List in the application allows users to view all clocking activities along with details such as clocking date-time, location, reporting channel, etc. Moreover, we provide an ‘Export’ function that allows users to export the Data Audit List into a customized file format for a third-party system. Previously, to cater to the terminals with temperature scanning and mask recognition features, we added new columns to display ‘Body Temperature’ and ‘Mask’ in the Data Audit List and report. In October, we also added these fields to the list available for data export. |
We have enhanced the display of the 'No Clocking' category by splitting it into 2 new categories: Shift Hasn't Started and Absent. It also comes with the information of the shift start time. |
