In the current mobile clocking, user only needs to press the fingerprint image, insert their clocking type (IN/OUT/BREAK/RESUME) and workcode, depending on the system's configuration. To enhance this option, the management can set for compulsory photo to be attached with clocking activities.
The workflow is as below:
Admin: Assign user/employee for this option in TimeTec TA > System Settings.
User: Login to TimeTec Mobile > Clocking > take selfie > insert clocking type (if enabled) > insert work code (if enabled)
The clocking activities with photos will be available in Data Audit List.
