FingerTec biometrics terminals are designed to collect staff’s time attendance using biometrics features like fingerprint or face, providing accurate data at all times without fail.T The clocking option is suitable for companies that impose limitations and requirements as listed below.

| Web Clocking |
|
Web Clocking is an option to clock using a PC that has TimeTec TA, because the web clocking option is available in the TimeTec TA solution at www.timetecta.com. This clocking option is suitable for companies that have these limitations and requirements.

| Mobile GPS Clocking |
| This clocking option lets a user clocks using TimeTec TA App by tapping on the GPS icon on the app. The GPS location will be tagged with the attendance record to confirm the location of the user. This clocking option is suitable for companies that have these requirements:

Companies that need to track mobile staff, allowing them to clock in when they reach their destination. GPS clocking with photo-taking option is available to enhance authentication.

Companies that allow staff to trace their attendance data, receive notifications and refer to roster, and apply OT via smart phones and etc, in short to achieve better collaboration and communication among the workers. |

| Mobile NFC Clocking & Mobile Beacon Clocking |
| This clocking option requires NFC tag and Beacon installation to be done at the premise and users need to launch the app, scan the beacon or the NFC tag to report attendance by tapping on the appropriate icon. This clocking option is suitable for companies that have these requirements:

Suitable for offices adopting a more casual environment.

For companies that aim to have affordable hi-tech solution that can cater to larger spaces. Time Beacon can be used by iOS and Android but NFC tag is available on Android phones only. Eventhough NFC tags are cheaper if compare with Time Beacon, when you install NFC tags, please mix it up with Time Beacon to provide convenience. It’s recommended to install NFC and Beacon sufficiently to influx of staff during rush hours.

| Mix & Match Clocking Options |
| If your company has a combination of scenarios, you can mix and match the clocking methods to deploy these solutions in your company, and rest assured TimeTec TA can cater to all.
For example if you have a factory, a HQ, an RnD office, you might want to install Biometrics in the factory, a combination of web clocking and biometrics in the HQ and mobile beacon and mobile NFC in the RnD office.
