New Flexi Dashboard in TimeTec TA App |

| TimeTec TA is pleased to introduce another useful feature for its users, the new Flexi dashboard for companies that are using Flexi Schedule. The regular dashboard in TimeTec TA only catered to companies with regular schedules, not including the flexi ones. With the flexi dashboard, the company can have an overview of a group of staff under flexi schedule easily.

ADMIN VIEW - The Flexi dashboard offers 4 categories of attendance information in any given day and you may filter the date to view the previous date’s information. You can also filter division to view attendance analysis of each division. The green bar displaying users who clocked-in and their respective work hours & overtime, the light blue indicating staff who are on their rest day, the darker blue indicating staff who are on their leave and the pink showing staff who have no clocking activities. A simple click on the colored bar will provide you with details of that category, as shown below:

USER VIEW - The Flexi dashboard for user will have information that display today’s work time & overtime, total work hour for this payroll cycle, Short hour, Absent, On Leave & Overtime count for this payroll cycle. To get details of each topic, just click on the category and you’ll be displayed with the information as shown below:
